Extended Biogas Simulator

Oprogramowanie opiera się na zaawansowanym modelu, symulującym procesy fizyczne i biologiczne, zachodzące podczas produkcji biogazu w procesie technologicznym ciągłym. Dostępne są moduły dla procesów jedno i dwuetapowych, z możliwością symulacji produkcji pod zwiększonym ciśnieniem czy z fazowaniem termicznym. Możliwa jest również konfiguracja uwzględniająca układ z mieszaniem przy pomocy pompy recyrkulacyjnej. Użytkownik może precyzyjnie skonfigurować wejściową biomasę w prosty a jednocześnie jednoznaczny sposób.

Dane wyjściowe z programu obejmują nie tylko ilość i skład produkowanego biogazu ale także ChZT wyjściowej biomasy czy też jej uproszczony skład chemiczny i biologiczny. Pełna wersja oprogramowania pozwala na automatyczną symulację pH procesu bez konieczności jego ręcznego wprowadzania. Oprogramowanie jest dedykowane do symulowania układów długoterminowych – okres rozruch bioprocesu, założony w modelu, wynosi do 40 dni.

The Software is basing on the complex model, which simulates physical and biological processes, during the production of biogas, in a continuous process. There are available the modules for single, and two-stage processes, with the support to simulate production under high pressure or temperature phased. It is also possible to simulate configuration, with mixing using recirculation pomp. The User may precisely set input biomass, simply and clearly.

The output data include not only the amount and composition of biogas but also the COD of output biomass and its simplified chemical and biological composition. The full version of the software allows to automatically simulate pH, without the requirement to set it manually. The software is dedicated to long term setups – startup timespan of bioprocess, assumed in the model, is up to 40 days.
